Return Policy - Custom Chairs
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 48 hours of placing your order because the manufacturing process has begun. This
quality office chair is custom designed and manufactured per your
specifications. This also means that returns cannot be accepted once your order has shipped
from the manufacturer. Please
give us a call or email us if you would like assistance selecting the options
for your office chair(s) prior to placing your order, or if you are not
comfortable doing this yourself and would like some help. These custom-made chairs are non-returnable and sales for these made-to-order chairs are final.
Although rare, if the product is defective,
ChairsNow.com / SitOnIt Seating reserves the right to make the decision on whether to send you the replacement part or to replace the product.
Please choose your finishes, fabric colors, and
options carefully as we cannot accept returns due to option selections, if you decide you do not like the fabric color you chose, or if you decide you do not like the chair for other reasons. Remember, the chair(s) are custom-made for you based on the specifications you select and therefore are not returnable. If you would like a color swatch sent to you, please let us know. Color swatches shown may differ from actual due to various computer screen resolutions. Dimensions shown for the chair models are nominal and can vary due to control mechanism choice, additional seat foam, caster types, e3-seat slider, and other factors that can change the seat and back height dimension.
Although incidents of damage during shipping are very low, please notify us within 48 hours
if your items arrived to you damaged due to shipping. ChairsNow may ask you to email a digital photo
of the damaged area of the chair, and in some situations, of the carton/box area of damage. For more
